It takes you on a boat ride where you can spot and watch dolphins, search for turtles, rays, birds & more in their natural habitat, a snorkeling stop and a secluded beach stop at one of the many hidden beaches nearby to hunt for seashells.

On your boat ride to and from both activities, your knowledgeable local captain will keep you entertained with music while giving you information on the habits and behaviors of these fascinating creatures along with a lot of fun “fin” facts. And for you history buffs, they will provide accurate and interesting historical facts of the area as well.

Snorkeling

Your first stop will be a snorkel excursion at the artificial reef. The artificial reef has been created to promote marine life and is home to a variety of fish, crabs, and other sea creatures. You can view the Phase One Completion of the Florida Artificial Reef Creation and Restoration Project construction in Northwest Florida as well as the FWC’s artificial reef map.

Shallow water snorkeling in this area can give you an up-close view of these creatures and the beautiful marine plant life that has formed around the reef. Your Captain will provide instruction at this stop where you’ll begin your unforgettable journey.

Shelling Excursion

If you are interested in shelling, just wait until you go to a hidden gem beach for your beach stop where you can seashell hunt, collect shells, swim or enjoy the sun and surf. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced collector, there are plenty of shells to be found. Take a picnic lunch, this is a great place to stop.
