Come dip your toes (and snorkel mask!) into our waters and view life under the surface. Perfect for all ages, you’ll experience a whole new world. Expect to see lots of different underwater species & creatures. We will guide you to the artificial reef made specifically to draw sea creatures for your viewing.
Beat the crowds! This tour is designed for a limited number of guests creating considerable extra space and “coastal distance” for up to 6 passengers.

✅ IN: You don’t, your crew will meet you @the boat on the dock BEHIND SHAGGY’S RESTAURANT at boarding, not before. You will hear an announcement. Mermaid may be on a tour when you arrive. Please have a seat at the picnic tables and enjoy the view. Look for the dolphin on the dock.
❌ CANCELLATION: No cancellation within 24 hours. Must have 15 passengers for a trip to be confirmed. If minimum is not met you will be rescheduled to the next available time slot or refunded. Once a trip is confirmed, booking is allowed until departure. You will be notified approximately two (2) hours in advance (at a minimum) if we are not able to run via text/email.
❓WILL YOU GET WET? If you plan on snorkeling or swimming, yes. It’s always possible to get sprayed while going through the waves. Feel free to bring a towel.
⚓️ ACCESSIBILITY: Passengers must be physically able to climb up and down the boat ladder to board and disembark the vessel. The maximum weight limit is 225 lbs.
👨🏼✈️ GRATUITY: Not required, but graciously accepted and appreciated by our Mermaid Crew.
⛈ WEATHER POLICY: Captain makes the decision at the time of departure, NO EXCEPTIONS! You will receive information via text and/or email if the weather prevents us from cruising.
🅿️ PARKING: One car is allowed per rental @ 735 Pensacola Beach Blvd. additional parking available at 3 Casino Beach Boardwalk, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561 (Casino Beach @ The Beach Ball Water Tower). Most locations will have parking signs posted not to park there or will be towed at your own expense.
🛥 DEPARTURE TIME: Boat leaves on time every time (SUGGESTED 15 minutes). No need to call and let us know you are running late…if you are late, you will have missed the boat. There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS if you miss the boat. Don’t miss the boat!
🦺 LIFEJACKETS: Provided (infant to XXL); required for infant (Infant is up to 12 months old)
🥤REFRESHMENTS: You are more than welcome to bring food & beverages, just no glass. Soft drinks & bottled water are available complimentary.
