Coolers are not allowed on our Fireworks Cruises.
But no worries, Merfriend. The Snack Shack onboard has cold drinks, snacks, and nautical nibbles to keep you fueled while the night sky lights up.Can I Bring Alcohol? 🍹NOT ON New Year’s Eve (Sober NYE Cruise)
Yes, you may bring an alcoholic beverage in a YETI or to go cup.
No glass allowed for everyone’s safety.

You will check in when you board, not before. The boat is located on the dock behind Shaggy’s Restaurant on Pensacola Beach. Look for the Mermaid Crew at boarding time.
If the boat is out on a previous tour, just relax at the picnic tables, enjoy the salty breeze, and wait for your boarding announcement.What Is Your Cancellation Policy? ❗
Here is the scoop for Fireworks Cruises:
● No cancellations within 24 hours of your cruise
● A minimum of 15 passengers is required
● If we do not meet the minimum, you can reschedule or receive a full refund
● If weather cancels the cruise, we will text or email you

Is the Boat Wheelchair Accessible? ♿
The Frisky Mermaid boat is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to climb up, over, and down the stairs at the stern of the vessel.
Can You Accommodate Strollers? 🚼
We cannot accommodate strollers onboard and there is no lockable storage area at the dock.
