  • 3 nautical miles from shore: We adhere to all regulations set forth by the EPA as well as the State. Under the permit by the EPA: Cremated remains shall be buried in or on ocean waters of any depth provided that such burial takes place at least three nautical miles from land.
  • Regulations: Any items such as flowers or urns are permitted as long as they are 100% Biodegradeable.
  • 3 hours dock to dock: Weather conditions may change the duration and/or the course of the cruise. We will postpone, there are no refunds
  • 7:30am - 10:30am Everyday: Afternoon / Sunset time slot is also available.
  • Order of Service of Ashes Schedule: **Sample Services Timeline could include:** Music en route to scattering site Ceremony Ideas: Music, readings, etc... Music on return Level of Crew Involvement
  • Food & Beverage: **Food & Beverage is allowed and you may bring a cooler.** No glass or open flames. * If you are bringing you own food & beverage items, please make sure it disposable and easy cleanup. There are no paper supplies, serving trays, cups or ice onboard. Please ONLY bring easy to eat, disposable and quick clean up items.
  • Boarding Area: View the boarding area of the Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Boat docked behind Shaggy’s.
  • Form: This form is required to be completed after booking to assist in the planning of your cruise.
