Boat Rental Requirements and Information
- Must be 25 years or older to rent
- Boater’s safety license required if born after 12/31/87. A valid boaters safety licenses from another state is reciprocal.
- No towing, no nighttime driving, no smoking or grilling allowed
- Must stay within designated boundaries & out of the Gulf of America
- Must have a designated non-drinking driver

All Tritoon Fleet for Superior Comfort
Our entire fleet are tritoons (three pontoons instead of two) which provide better stability, comfort, and a smoother ride—especially important when cruising to Sand Island or Fort McRee. This is knot your average boat rental fleet. Perfect for families with merbabies!

With comfortable seating, plenty of shade, and space for family and friends, our rentals provide the ultimate way to enjoy the beauty of Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, and the surrounding waters.
Your driver will need to arrive 45 minutes prior to the rental time for a safety tutorial including additional FL SB606 requirements. The safety binder will remain onboard which includes visual maps, USCG navigational guides and boundaries.

- Captain MUST an be experienced boater, no exceptions. A jet ski, for instance, does not qualify as an experienced boater. Captain must be able to demonstrate parking in and out of marina slip as well as know the rules of the waterway and all USCG guidelines.

- First Aid Kit onboard.
- Watch for dolphins and give them space—they’re federally protected and there is a hefty fine for feeding, touching or swimming with dolphins.
